1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

"Account" means the personal user account registered by the User on the 625jl platform through which all gaming activities, transactions, and communications are conducted.

"Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, rules, directives, ordinances, and governmental requirements currently in force in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which govern online gaming operations and related activities.

"Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, reward, or other incentive provided by 625jl to Users, whether in the form of monetary value, free games, or other benefits, and which is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements.

"Gaming Services" means the online casino games, sports betting opportunities, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and all other gambling and gaming products offered through the 625jl platform.

"Platform" means the 625jl website accessible at https://625jl.cam, together with all associated mobile applications, APIs, software, and technological infrastructure through which Gaming Services are provided.

"User," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers an Account on the Platform, accesses Gaming Services, or otherwise interacts with 625jl in any capacity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

The 625jl platform is strictly intended for Users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an Account and using our services, you represent and warrant that you have attained the legal age of majority in the Republic of the Philippines and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements. 625jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and gambling activities are legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and national laws applicable to your location. 625jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR and is licensed to provide Gaming Services to Users located within the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing our Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in potential violation of applicable laws.

2.3 Account Creation and Verification

To access Gaming Services on the 625jl platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration forms. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, telephone number, and any other information reasonably required to verify your identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

You agree that all information provided during registration and thereafter shall be truthful, accurate, and complete. 625jl reserves the right to verify the information you provide through independent means, including requesting government-issued identification documents, utility bills, bank statements, or other documentation establishing your identity and address. You consent to such verification processes and agree to provide requested documents within seven (7) business days of any such request.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the 625jl platform. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to open additional Accounts may result in immediate closure of all Accounts associated with your identity, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any other security information associated with your Account. You agree to immediately notify 625jl of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 625jl shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation or from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your negligence.

3. Use of Gaming Services

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all Applicable Laws, 625jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Gaming Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not convey any ownership rights in the Platform, Gaming Services, software, content, or intellectual property of 625jl or its licensors.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 625jl platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or Applicable Laws
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other Users
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access the Platform or manipulate Gaming Services
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or Gaming Services for personal gain
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or servers hosting Gaming Services
• Accessing another User's Account without authorization
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software associated with the Platform
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Platform
• Using the Platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other Users or 625jl personnel
• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Fair Gaming Policy

625jl is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Users. All Gaming Services utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Game results are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by 625jl, Users, or third parties.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

To participate in Gaming Services requiring monetary wagers, you must deposit funds into your Account using one of the payment methods approved by 625jl. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and others), convenience store cash deposits (7-Eleven, Cebuana), and cryptocurrency transfers, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 625jl Account originate from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to you. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by 625jl in writing. We reserve the right to reject deposits, conduct additional verification procedures, or return deposited funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account at any time, subject to compliance with verification requirements, wagering conditions, and minimum withdrawal thresholds established by 625jl. Withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) business days of request submission, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching the information provided during Account registration. 625jl reserves the right to request additional documentation verifying ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide such documentation may result in delayed or declined withdrawal processing.

4.3 Transaction Fees

625jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees which are beyond our control. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction completion. Currency conversion fees may apply if your transaction involves conversion between different currencies.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity or gaming transactions) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. 625jl reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant Accounts containing positive balances, the amount of which shall be communicated via email prior to implementation. To reactivate a dormant Account and avoid maintenance fees, simply log in and engage in gaming activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Terms

625jl may offer various Bonuses and promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time the Bonus is offered and must be reviewed carefully before accepting any Bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses awarded by 625jl are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (as a multiple of the Bonus amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the Bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

625jl strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional offers, or using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, Accounts closed, and may face permanent exclusion from 625jl services.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

625jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Users. We recognize that gambling, while entertaining for most individuals, can become problematic for some. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly, within their means, and to view gaming as entertainment rather than a means of generating income.

6.2 Self-Limitation Tools

The 625jl platform provides various self-limitation tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality checks. Users are encouraged to utilize these tools proactively to establish boundaries appropriate to their personal circumstances and financial situation.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel their gaming activity is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for specified periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, preventing login access and gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through Customer Support and will be implemented immediately upon confirmation. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened under any circumstances.

6.4 Resources and Support

Users experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to seek professional assistance. 625jl provides links to organizations specializing in problem gambling support, including Gamblers Anonymous Philippines and PAGCOR responsible gaming resources. These organizations offer confidential counseling, support groups, and treatment programs for individuals struggling with gambling addiction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, and other materials associated with the 625jl platform are the exclusive property of 625jl, its affiliates, or third-party licensors. These materials are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights by accessing or using the Platform and Gaming Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 625jl platform, except as follows: (a) temporary storage copies resulting from normal browser operation; (b) single copies of downloadable content for personal, non-commercial use; (c) content you legitimately own or control. Any unauthorized use of 625jl intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate applicable laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 625jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you have read and understood its provisions.

625jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 625jl cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, 625jl, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform or Gaming Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the Platform or Gaming Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not 625jl has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall 625jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 625jl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your use of the Platform or Gaming Services; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including other Users; (d) your violation of Applicable Laws; or (e) your Account access credentials being used by any third party, whether authorized or unauthorized.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support

If you have any complaint, dispute, or concern regarding Gaming Services or your Account, you should first contact 625jl Customer Support through our live chat system, email ([email protected]), or other available communication channels. Our support team will investigate your complaint and endeavor to resolve it fairly and expeditiously.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of 625jl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting Account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account, subject to verification and compliance with wagering requirements. 625jl is not obligated to maintain Account information following termination beyond periods required by Applicable Laws or regulatory requirements.

12.2 Termination by 625jl

625jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documentation; (d) extended period of Account inactivity; (e) receipt of legal process or regulatory directive requiring Account closure; or (f) any reason 625jl deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate. You will no longer have access to the Platform, Gaming Services, or Account information. Any outstanding obligations, including outstanding wagers, Bonus wagering requirements, or disputed transactions, shall survive termination until fully resolved.

13. Modifications to Terms

625jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, Platform notifications, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform or Gaming Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to terminate your Account and discontinue use of 625jl services.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or Bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 625jl regarding use of the Platform and Gaming Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver by 625jl of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or a waiver of that same provision on any other occasion. Failure by 625jl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent from 625jl. 625jl may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

625jl shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government actions, labor disputes, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or internet disruptions.
